Shipping Services

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $150, excluding oversized or bulky items, where shipping will be calculated based on size and weight.

• For orders under $120, a flat-rate shipping fee of $13.95 applies.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak times, such as public holidays, Christmas, and special sales events, processing may take a little longer, so we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post typically delivers within 3-7 business days depending on your location. However, please note that delivery times may be longer in regional areas or due to unforeseen delays such as high postal traffic.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping for Large or Heavy Items

 

For large, heavy, or fragile items, shipping fees will be calculated separately based on the size, weight, and destination. In such cases, we will contact you with a shipping quote for approval before dispatching your order.
